According to PennLive, police have identified Daniel Kenneth Mooney, 26, as a person of interest in the double slaying of Tyler Roy, 28, and his wife Christina, 27.

"Our team is unequivocally convinced that he killed the victims and he acted alone".

"We believe he could be armed", Shore said, "and he certainly may be unsafe, based on the goings-on over the past couple of days". While several reports stated that the warrant is "unrelated" to the Roys' murder, authorities have accused Mooney of stealing their SUV, according to the news station.

Anyone who encounters Mooney in person is cautioned not to confront him, but to call 911 immediately.

Video shows devastated mourners comforting each other through tears of their own as police walk in and out of the home.

Both victims had been stabbed repeatedly and shot, Shore said, most likely by a long gun found in the home that belonged to Tyler Roy.

According to his Facebook page, Mooney worked at the McCauley & King LLC, a contracting company and was enrolled at the Bucks County Community College.

From Round 3 through Round 5, they continued to meet value with need, selecting linebacker Lorenzo Carter, defensive tackle B.J. With Eli Apple coming off a bad season and Janoris Jenkins returning from ankle surgery, a cornerback would help.

"They seemed to be a nice couple that happened to be unfortunate victims in this case", he said.

CBS3 confirms Philadelphia police officers were actively involved in the search for Mooney as they combed C Street and Indiana Avenue in the Kensington section of the city. "It's clear there was a struggle in the upstairs of the home", he said.

He added that Mooney gained entry into the apartment through an unlocked door and killed the young couple. Autopsies have been scheduled for Thursday.

Clark said the painter went inside the home to use the bathroom and found the bodies of a husband and wife on the second floor.

The Roys had bought the home in 2016, the year they married, and were in the process of remodeling it. Tyler Roy worked as a construction estimator, and Christina Roy worked as a photographer, Shore said.

"Clearly vibrant lives have been lost as a result of this tragedy".

Clark told reporters that the victims were in their late 20s to early 30s, and that police had had no previous contact with them.
