In the videos, the man repeatedly asked why he was being escorted off, as passengers asked for him to be removed and even clapped when he was finally taken off.

Prior to takeoff, the boyfriend of a woman on the plane contacted authorities after he said Jacob A. Garcia began touching her, Miami-Dade Police Sgt. Lazaro Llerena told NBC News. As a result, crew informed the passengers that they would have to deplane as officers would come aboard to arrest the Chicago man. Throughout the ordeal, Garcia struggles with the officers despite one's warning "don't fight me", resulting in the use of the taser. According to the airline, the flight was still at the gate when flight attendants asked the "instigating passenger" to deplane and he refused.

It's around this point in the series of events that most of the videos available online pick up.

After Garcia was removed from the airport, he allegedly tried to grab the handgun of an officer and attempted to kick out the window of a police auto.

None of the officers offer a reply, but one passenger pipes up: "Well, you just assaulted a lady, for one". "You're a racist, for two".

Fellow passenger Jabari Ennis, 37, who works in IT, recorded the moment the unruly passenger was forced off the flight.

During the transportation of Garcia from the plane to the terminal, officers had to carry him while he verbally chastised everyone around.

Jacob Garcia is count each of battery, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, depriving an officer of a firearm, and criminal mischief.

But Garcia doesn't appear particularly fazed by the hit.

The arrest form indicates, "Desroches attempted a total of ten deployments of his [weapon] for a duration of 50 seconds". It was not immediately clear whether Garcia had a lawyer. "Get him off! Get him off!"

One officer deployed his Taser 10 times, according to the report.

Even in the back of the police vehicle, Garcia's defiance could not be contained.

While in the police cruiser, Garcia caused $150 in damage by kicking the "driver-side rear window out of alignment", the New Times reported.
