After Cincinnati went up by 22 points late in the game, the Bearcats forgot how to play the game of basketball, and the Cinderella Wolfpack pounced on them like a pack of wolves ready to eat their prey alive.

The Bearcats had the Wolf Pack on the ropes, up 22 points with about 11 minutes to play.

Nevada guard Caleb Martin hit a 3-pointer with 54.1 seconds to tie the score, and then Josh Hall hit the go-ahead jumper with 9 seconds left.

Their comeback was already epic, but it got that much better when the Titanic music was added to it.

Nevada is off to the Sweet 16.

Cincinnati (31-5) never got off a shot before the buzzer.

Dusan Tadic's corner was stabbed goalwards by Hojbjerg and Wigan's Dan Burn couldn't react quick enough to clear off the line. Subs: Nathan Redmond (for Boufal, 65) 6, Shane Long (for Carrillo, 81) 6, Oriel Romeu (for Gabbiadini, 88) 5.

The Wolf Pack move on to face Loyola-Chicago in the Sweet 16 of the South Region. "It's the happiest I've ever seen". "They gambled and just started trapping at halfcourt, gave us a lot of wide-open shots that we didn't make".

While Nevada celebrated, Cincinnati's players stood silently in their locker room wondering how a defense that ranked second among all Division I teams allowed 32 points in the last 11 minutes.

With the game tied in the closing seconds, Hall got a rebound off a missed shot by Cody Martin.

"Look, we had a big lead", coach Mick Cronin said. "When we had chances around the rim, it was unbelievable what was happening". It's the happiest I've ever been in my life.

Cody Martin scored a game-high 25 points and had seven assists and six rebounds for the Wolf Pack. Barry Brown scored 18 points to lead Kansas State to victory in an ugly game in Charlotte, N.C.

Robert Williams finished with 13 rebounds, helping the Aggies take a 50-36 edge while shooting 52 percent - including 10 of 24 from 3-point range.
