Still evaluating complicated QB situation — Vikings GM

This off-season's crop of free-agent quarterbacks in the National Football League is a fairly strong one.

The hardest part of finding a quarterback for Mike Zimmer?

Keenum, Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Bradford all took snaps for the Vikings last season. "We have a lot of question marks".

Bridgewater's only game action since suffering a torn left ACL in August 2016 has been two series in mop-up duty in a 34-7 victory December 17 over Cincinnati.

"I'm just focused on coming out here and trying to dominate this combine", Barkley said.

"It's his history of being hurt", Zimmer said. "I'm hopeful for Teddy. Hopefully it's with me but if not, then I'll wish him the best of luck, I'll give him a hug and hope for the best for him".

With Bradford, Zimmer said nothing medically concerns him about the quarterback's knee but called his injury issues "degenerative". Bridgewater has been out of the game for two seasons, Bradford has a poor injury record, and Keenum is not guaranteed to reproduce his heroics of 2017.

Could Northampton's Prezzo be at risk?
The chain, which is owned by private equity firm TPG Capital, employs about 4,500 people. It also plans to close the Tex-Mex chain Chimichanga, also owned by the company.

"It happens", Bridgewater told reporters on January 22, one day after the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Vikings in the NFC Championship game.

"Laquon needs to get out of his own way", Zimmer said, via "I want to make sure that with our team, that we continue to build and improve [and] continually improve on defense". "So all these things become a factor". "We'll see. We've still got some time". "They're great people. I love how they work".

As it stands now, the Vikings won't have a QB on March 14, unless they sign one before then. In addition, he tore his ACL twice (2013, 2014). Treadwell, who starred at MS, has caught 21 passes for 215 yards and no touchdowns in his two-year career, getting completely passed up and overshadowed by Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen. "We're very excited about what he was able to accomplish". So there's the question with him. In all, Cousins has logged 15 passing TDs inside the 10 in the past two years, one less than the figure he posted in 2015 alone.

"You go back with Case, he plays outstanding this year", Zimmer said.

The Penn State star might even be the first running back selected in the top two picks since Reggie Bush in 2006 or even the first to go No. 1 overall since another Nittany Lion, Ki-Jana Carter, in 1995. "I think his best thing is if he's just used on certain passing downs, try to limit his reps to 30ish". According to Courtney Cronin of ESPN, general manager Rick Spielman voiced once again that the team is still in the middle of the process of assessing the situation.

It looks like Zimmer may have thrown some shade Keenum's way with his response, wondering which Keenum they'd get if they were to bring him back as the team's starter.
