Given the recent series of ports for Nintendo's hybrid - Doom, Skyrim, Wolfenstein later this year - it isn't a surprise that Blizzard would think about bringing a Diablo game to the console. The short clip shows the now iconic Diablo demon in the form of a nightlight. "Sweet dreams", the accompanied text reads.

Another user vowed to buy Diablo 3 for a fourth time if Blizzard does in fact release a version for the Switch, and yet another said, "Yeah, take my money". A Blizzard representative later told Polygon: "We can assure you we're not that clever..."

It's a simple tease meant to fan the fires, but it's pretty clear what Blizzard is poking at here. Said to release early next year, the port allegedly features local play with multiple Switch consoles. Or maybe we might not even hear anything until BlizzCon, where the company saves up its biggest announcements for the year.

Personally, I get uncomfortable and insecure", she said , adding that "you can't move the same, so you kind of feel useless, LOL. Kylie Jenner has not been paid enough to comment on eating the placenta.

It seems that Diablo 3 for the Nintendo Switch may be more than just a rumour. Blizzard HAS NOT officially confirmed that Diablo 3 is heading to Nintendo Switch.

We contacted Blizzard last night about the tweet and it sounds like everyone should cool their jets. for now. Since then, Jeff Kaplan has discussed the possibility of Overwatch on the Switch, but it looks like Diablo III will be the first game to get there. There's been one notable exception to that rule: Diablo 3, which is available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One after initially being ported to previous-generation consoles.
