With two scoring grabs, Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins matched his franchise single-season record of 11 touchdown receptions set in 2015. He ripped off a 31-yard run before halftime that helped the 49ers get into field-goal range.

The 49ers second touchdown drive came in the third quarter and spanned just 6 plays and 3:33.

The Texans later released a statement and announced that Savage had indeed suffered a concussion and would not return to the game. Foster remained down for a minute before jogging off the field. He was back on the next series and did not miss a snap.
